When God acts there is no one who can reverse His movement in our lives!  When God speaks...it happens!   Moses:  “ But Moses said to God, ‘Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?’   He said, ‘But I will be with you , and this shall be the sign for you, that I have sent you : when you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall serve God on this mountain.’   Exodus 3:11-12 We know the end result!  We hear about it throughout Scripture!  Whether it be the Old or New Testament, we see a thread woven throughout history of God reminding the people…”HEY YOU!  Remember that thing I did in Egypt and the whole wondering around the dessert?  Don’t forget!  I am the same God!”   In Deuteronomy, Moses reminds the people of God’s faithfulness the last forty years before he is buried by God.  Joshua, is told to be strong and courageous and to be careful to obey the law.  He gives the same warning to the people at the end of

“Each day of our lives we make deposits in the memory banks of our children.” - Charles (Chuck) Swindoll I heard Chuck Swindoll say this when I was a young father.   It gave me a visual of my responsibility towards my children.   When we go to the bank we make a deposit.   When we need the money we go to the bank or ATM and pull the money out.   If we do not work at continuing to deposit our wealth, then when needed, it’s not there.   It is the same with our children.   We must work at depositing into the lives of our children, for when it’s time to have a “talk” or   “time” with our child, they will give back what we have given to them!   What are you depositing into your children?   I have seen to many times parents try to pull out deposits from teenagers and adult children with so much resistance.   Why?   They did not deposit into their children when they were young.   They did not take the time to pour into their child.   Now please understand, I am not questioning o
